The Sao Paulo EXPO
The São Paulo EXPO, is 400 meters away from Urban Box House, it's a pavilion placed in Jabaquara district, south zone of the São Paulo city. It's placed in the margin of Imigrantes Highway, next to Parque do Estado (State Park), the Zoo Garden of São Paulo and the Brazilian Paralimpic Training Center.

The Airport of Sao Paulo/Congonhas
The Airport of São Paulo/Congonhas, stays 1.5 km away from Urban Box House, it's a Brazilian domestic airport located in the city of São Paulo, being one of the most busy in the country.

Jabaquara Metro Station
Jabaquara Metro Station is an underground station with distribution mezzanine and lateral platforms with apparent concrete structure. It has integration with the Urban Bus Terminal and access to the Shopping Center. With capacity to 30,000 passengers per day. Opened in 1994, the panels are made with a glass plate of Moleanos, acid and automotive ink, with dimensions of 5.60 meters width by 12.30 meters height.

The Ipiranga Museum
The Ipiranga Museum is 8.1 km away from Urban Box House. The USP Paulista Museum was inaugurated on 7th September of 1895 as the Natural History Museum being a representative milestone of the Independence, Brazil and Paulista History. It's first estate core was the collection of Joaquim Sertório, which constituted a particular museum in São Paulo.

The Botanical Garden
The Botanical Garden of São Paulo, stays at 1.5 km away from Urban Box House, established in 1928 starting with an invitation made to the Brazilian naturalist Frederico Carlos Hoehne, for the implantation of a botanical project in Água Funda region, in the city of Sao Paulo. Before that the region was used for water supply in Ipiranga.

The Safari Zoo

The Ibirapuera Park
The Ibirapuera Park, is 7 km away from Urban Box House, it's a park located in São Paulo city, Brazil. In 2017, he was the most visited park in Latin America, with about 14 visits, besides being one of the most photographed places in the world. Inaugurated in 1954 with an area of 158 hectares (390 acres), between Pedro Álvares Cabral, República do Líbano and IV Centenário avenues, the Ibirapuera Park is historically listed heritage of São Paulo. It's gardens were sketched by the landscaper. Otávio Augusto Teixeira Mendes, after the landscapers concept and draft Roberto Burle Marx, to whom they were initially entrusted, found the resistance to its actual realization. [3] The historical constructions with the pavilions that shelter the museums, the auditorium, marquise among others were conceived by the architect Oscar Niemeyer with the structural projects by the engineer Joaquim Cardozo, and are historically listed by the Historical and National Artistic Heritage Institute. [4][5][6][7]. The park in its whole is historically listed by the Municipal Council of Historical Heritage Preservation, Cultural and Environmental of São Paulo City and by the Council of Historical, Archaeological, Artistic and Tourist Heritage of São Paulo State.

The Paulista Avenue
The Paulista Avenue, is 12 km away from Urban Box House, its one of the most important public places in São Paulo County, the capital of the homonym state. Its placed in the limits of the Center-South, Central and West, and in one of the most elevated regions in the city, called Espigão Paulista (Paulista Spike). Considered one of the main financial centers in the city, just as one of its most distinctive tourist hotspots[2], the avenue reveals its importance not just in the economic pole, but also with its cultural and entertainment centrality.

And with no wonders. In the Mercadão of São Paulo, as it's affectionately called by its goers, it's possible to find vegetables, vegetables and fresh fruits, going through meat, poultry, fish and seafood, pasta dishes, candies, spices and first-rate imported products.

The Cícero Pompeu de Toledo Stadium, mostly known as Morumbi Stadium, is 14 km away from Urban Box House, and it's a stadium built to host soccer parties, being the official head office of the Brazilian soccer team, São Paulo Futebol Clube, hosting the Brazilian Team on many occasions.
